But before all of that, I was a woman just like you — tired, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to start with my health.
I weighed 190 lbs when I began my fitness journey. I was juggling work, motherhood, and life’s endless demands. Fitness felt out of reach. Complicated routines, strict diets, and hours at the gym? That didn’t fit my life. So, I created a new way — one that worked with my reality instead of against it.
Fast forward to today:
I’ve lost 40 lbs, rebuilt my core, and sculpted the strong, toned body I always dreamed of — all from the comfort of home. And now, I help women like you do the same.
Fit Like Rose exists to help real women achieve real results — without the overwhelm. Our mission is to support moms and busy women in building strength, burning fat, and restoring confidence with simple, effective workouts and realistic routines that stick.
